John Joyce

John Patrick Joyce is an American politician and dermatologist serving as the U.S. representative for Pennsylvania's 13th congressional district since 2019. Before entering politics, he practiced medicine, having completed his residency in internal medicine and dermatology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. A member of the Republican Party, Joyce has focused his legislative work on committee assignments including Energy and Commerce. He is known for his conservative voting record, including opposition to certain immigration legislation and various foreign aid packages, and he maintains a strong presence in his rural district.
