Missionário José Olímpio

José Olímpio Silveira Moraes, widely known as Missionário José Olímpio, is a Brazilian politician and pastor affiliated with the Liberal Party (PL). He currently serves as a member of the Chamber of Deputies for the state of São Paulo, having returned to the position in December 2025. A prominent leader in the neo-Pentecostal Igreja Mundial do Poder de Deus, he previously served as a city councilman in Itu and São Paulo, and held federal office between 2011 and 2019. Throughout his career, he has focused on housing legislation and has been a vocal supporter of conservative economic and social policies.
