Jose Ramon Aliling

Jose Ramon Aliling is a Filipino civil engineer, businessman, and government official currently serving as the Secretary of Human Settlements and Urban Development. Appointed by President Bongbong Marcos in May 2025, he previously served as an undersecretary within the same department starting in 2022. Before his government career, Aliling was the long-time CEO of the Jose Aliling Construction Management Group. He is recognized for his expertise in construction management and has pledged to fully digitalize the department's services by 2028 while expanding the National Housing for Filipinos Program.
