Joseph Nikpe Bukari is a Ghanaian politician and educationist currently serving as the Minister of Transport. Born on October 3, 1969, in Saboba, he previously represented the Saboba Constituency in the Parliament of Ghana as a member of the National Democratic Congress. He served in the Sixth and Seventh Parliaments of the Fourth Republic of Ghana from 2009 to 2017. Before his parliamentary career, he worked as a District Training Officer with the Ghana Education Service.
