Josh Gilligan is an Australian local government politician who served as a Councillor for the City of Wyndham in Victoria. He held the position of Mayor of Wyndham on two separate occasions, first serving from 2019 to 2020 and later beginning a term in 2025. His second mayoral term concluded early in February 2026 following a one-month suspension. Throughout his tenure on the council, he has been involved in the governance of one of Australia's fastest-growing local government areas.
