Jozefina Topalli is an Albanian politician who served as the first female Speaker of the Parliament of Albania from 2005 to 2013. A member of the Democratic Party of Albania, she has held a seat in the national legislature since 1996 and previously served as Deputy Speaker of the Assembly. Educated in mathematics, law, and public administration, she has been a prominent advocate for Albania's European integration and NATO accession.
