Julie Fahey is an American politician serving as the Speaker of the Oregon House of Representatives. Representing the 14th district, which includes parts of Lane County, Veneta, and western Eugene, she has been a member of the Oregon House since 2017. Before her election to the legislature, Fahey was active in local party politics, serving as the chair of the Lane County Democratic Party from 2012 to 2014 and as treasurer of the Democratic Party of Oregon from 2015 to 2017. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2000.
