Junet Mohamed is a Kenyan politician currently serving as the Minority Leader in the National Assembly of the 13th Parliament of Kenya. A member of the Orange Democratic Movement, he has represented the Suna East Constituency as a Member of Parliament since 2013, becoming the first Kenyan Somali to win a seat in the region. Before his parliamentary career, he served as a councillor and the mayor of Migori County Council. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Business Management.
