上原 快佐

Kaiza Uehara is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Okinawa Prefectural Assembly, representing the Naha City and Southern Islands electoral district. He is affiliated with the Tiida Peace Net parliamentary group. Within the assembly, he contributes to the Economic and Labor Committee, the Parliamentary Steering Committee, and the Special Committee on Washington Liaison Issues. He maintains his office at the Okinawa Prefectural Assembly building in Naha.
