紀田 馨

Kaoru Kida is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Osaka Prefectural Assembly, representing the Joto Ward of Osaka City. A graduate of Osaka University with a master's degree in systems engineering, he previously worked as a patent examiner at the Japan Patent Office before establishing his own patent attorney office. First elected to the prefectural assembly in 2011, Kida is affiliated with the Osaka Restoration Association and focuses on policies aimed at transforming Osaka into a global city, promoting educational reform, and enhancing urban sustainability.
