Kathleen Taylor

Kathleen Taylor is an American politician currently serving in the Oregon State Senate, representing Senate District 21, which includes parts of southeast Portland and Milwaukie. An auditor by profession, she previously worked for the city of Portland, Multnomah County, and the state of Oregon. Taylor was first elected to the Oregon House of Representatives in 2014 before winning her seat in the State Senate in 2016. She holds a master's degree in public policy from Rutgers University and briefly served as the Senate Majority Leader in 2024.
