Kathy Skroch is an American politician currently serving as a member of the North Dakota House of Representatives for the 25th district. She was appointed to the seat in 2025 to fill the vacancy left by the late Cindy Schreiber-Beck. Skroch previously served in the state legislature from 2016 to 2022, representing the 26th district. Outside of her political career, she is a certified nursing assistant and operates a private off-roading facility known as Vinnie's Mud Bog in Richland County.
