三田勝久

Katsuhisa Mita is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Osaka Prefectural Assembly, representing the Minato Ward of Osaka City. A six-term incumbent, he is affiliated with the Osaka Restoration Association. Before entering elective office, he worked as a secretary to former House of Representatives member Koki Chuma. Mita is a strong proponent of administrative reform, famously advocating the slogan 'No growth without reform,' and has been instrumental in supporting the integration of Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City administrative functions to enhance regional competitiveness.
