Сейтжан, Кенжегул Социалулы

Kenzhegul Seitjan is a Kazakh politician, public figure, and Paralympic athlete who has served as a member of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan since 2023. In 2024, he was appointed as the Commissioner for the Rights of Socially Vulnerable Categories of the Population under the President of Kazakhstan. A visually impaired athlete, he has achieved significant success in goalball and para-cycling, including winning medals at the Asian Para Games. His professional background includes teaching history and managing social programs for children with disabilities.
