Khawaja Izharul Hassan is a Pakistani politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan since February 2024. A prominent figure in the Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P), he previously served as a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from 2018 to 2023 and held the position of Leader of the Opposition in the 12th Sindh Assembly. Throughout his career, he has been active in various standing committees, including those focused on planning, development, and archives. In 2017, he survived a targeted assassination attempt in Karachi.
