Ki-jae Lee is a South Korean politician and urban engineering expert currently serving as the Mayor of Yangcheon District in Seoul. After beginning his career as a political aide to Won Hee-ryong and serving in the administrations of Lee Myung-bak and Park Geun-hye, he transitioned into local government.
