Kishore Upadhyaya is an Indian politician and Member of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly representing the Tehri constituency. He has been elected three times to the assembly, serving terms starting in 2002, 2007, and 2022. During his career, he served as the Minister of State for Industrial Development under the N. D. Tiwari ministry from 2002 to 2004 and previously led the Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress Committee as its president from 2014 to 2017 before joining the Bharatiya Janata Party.
