Kitty Piercy

Kitty Piercy is an American politician who served as the Mayor of Eugene, Oregon, from 2005 to 2017. Prior to her mayoral tenure, she was a member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing House District 39 from 1995 to 2000, where she served as the Minority Leader.
