Klement Ndoni

Klement Ndoni is an Albanian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Këlcyrë. A member of the Socialist Party of Albania, he was re-elected to lead the municipality following the 2023 local elections, where he secured 49.33% of the vote. Throughout his tenure, he has collaborated with national government officials on local infrastructure and urban regeneration projects, including the development of the Gur neighbourhood stream. He continues to focus on the administrative and developmental needs of the Këlcyrë municipality.
