Kofi Iddie Adams is a Ghanaian politician and the current Minister for Sports and Recreation. A member of the National Democratic Congress, he has served as the Member of Parliament for the Buem Constituency since 2020. Before his ministerial appointment, he held significant party roles, including National Organizer and deputy General Secretary. Adams previously worked as a tutor and as a spokesperson for former President Jerry John Rawlings. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Ghana.
