Konstantin Molostov is a Belarusian military officer and politician who has served as the Chairman of the State Border Committee of the Republic of Belarus since May 2023. Born in 1970 in the Soviet Union, he pursued a long career in border security, graduating from the Alma-Ata Higher Border Command School and later the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Belarus. He previously held leadership roles in the border service, including positions in Brest and Grodno. In 2021, he was placed under international sanctions by the European Union, the United States, and other nations following the migration crisis on the Belarus-Poland border.
