László Toroczkai is a Hungarian politician and journalist who currently serves as a Member of the National Assembly and leader of the far-right Our Homeland Movement. Previously, he served as the mayor of Ásotthalom from 2013 to 2022, where he gained national attention for his strict anti-migration policies and initiatives to preserve traditional Hungarian values. A former vice president of the Jobbik party, he founded the Our Homeland Movement in 2018. Toroczkai is known for his national radical political stance, focusing on issues such as border security, opposition to mass migration, and the protection of Hungarian cultural identity.
