Le Trung Thanh is a retired Lieutenant General in the Vietnam People's Army and a former politician. Born in 1943 in Thai Binh province, he served as a Deputy to the National Assembly of Vietnam during the 10th tenure, representing the Thai Binh delegation. Throughout his military career, he held significant leadership positions, including Deputy Commander for Political Affairs of Military Region 3 and Deputy Director of the General Department of Logistics. He was promoted to the rank of Major General in 1995 and Lieutenant General in 2002 before retiring in 2004.
