La Thanh Tan is a Vietnamese politician currently serving as a member of the 16th National Assembly of Vietnam for the term 2026-2031, representing the city of Hai Phong. He also serves as the Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong and is a member of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology, and Environment. Prior to his legislative career, he held various administrative roles, including serving as the Director of the Department of Justice of Hai Phong. He holds a Master's degree in Law and has been a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam since 1994.
