Laurent Marcangeli

Laurent Marcangeli is a French politician currently serving as the Minister of Public Action, Public Service and Simplification in the government of François Bayrou. A former mayor of Ajaccio and long-time member of the French National Assembly, he began his political career within the RPR and UMP before joining the Horizons party. Known for his commitment to the Bonapartist tradition in his native Ajaccio, Marcangeli has held various local and national mandates, including the presidency of the Horizons group in the National Assembly.
