Le Minh Hoan is a Vietnamese politician serving as Vice Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam. Born in 1961 in Dong Thap province, he previously held key regional and national positions, including Secretary of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Deputy Minister. He has been a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and a long-standing deputy of the National Assembly representing Dong Thap.
