Lena Otto

Lena Otto is a German politician and a member of the Hamburg Parliament, representing the constituency of Eppendorf, Winterhude, and Hoheluft-Ost since 2025. Prior to her election to the state parliament, she served as a member of the Hamburg-Nord district assembly starting in 2019. Otto has been active in local party leadership, serving as the chair of the SPD in Hamburg-Nord since 2023. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Hamburg and a master's degree in public economy, law, and politics from Leuphana University Lüneburg.
