Leo Thị Lịch is a Vietnamese politician of the San Diu ethnic group, currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Vietnam for the 15th tenure (2021-2026). She is a Standing Member of the National Assembly's Council for Ethnic Affairs. Throughout her career, she has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the Chair of the Bac Giang Farmers' Union for two terms and as a member of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee. She has been a dedicated advocate for the development of rural areas and the improvement of farmers' livelihoods in Bac Giang province.
