Loide Kasingo

Loide Kasingo is a Namibian politician, prominent trade unionist, and member of the South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO). Born in 1954 in the Oshikoto Region, she has served as a member of the National Assembly of Namibia since 1996 and has held the position of Deputy Speaker of Parliament since 2010. Throughout her career, she has also served as a deputy minister in various government portfolios, including Local and Regional Government and Housing, and Home Affairs, as well as vice-president of the Pan African Parliament.
