Lorena Pizarro Sierra is a Chilean politician and human rights activist currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies for the 13th electoral district. Born in Santiago, she is the daughter of prominent Communist Party leaders who were victims of forced disappearance during the military dictatorship. Before her election to the legislature in 2021, she served for many years as the president of the Association of Families of the Detained-Disappeared, advocating for truth and justice regarding human rights abuses in Chile.
