Luísa Areosa

Luísa Areosa is a Portuguese politician currently serving as a member of the Assembly of the Republic, representing the Santarém constituency for the CHEGA party. Born in 1958, she holds a degree in physical education and previously worked as a schoolteacher. Before her election to the national parliament in 2024, she served as a member of the Cartaxo municipal assembly. In the Assembly of the Republic, she is a member of the Education and Science Committee and has advocated for policies including financial literacy programs and national holiday status for November 25th.
