Luc-Magloire Mbarga Atangana is a Cameroonian statesman who has served as the Minister of Trade of Cameroon since December 8, 2004. Born in 1954 in Nsazomo, he holds degrees in law and economics from the University of Yaoundé, as well as advanced diplomas from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris-Dauphine. Before his ministerial appointment, he held various administrative roles at the National Social Insurance Fund (CNPS) and served as a delegate for the Cameroonian Banking Organization in Paris. He is also known for his role as a spokesperson for the ACP countries in multilateral trade negotiations at the World Trade Organization.
