Luis Duke

Luis Duke is a Panamanian politician and member of the National Assembly of Panama representing Circuit 8-2. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Strategy, a postgraduate degree in Senior Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Systems and Computer Engineering from the Technological University of Panama. Additionally, he completed a specialization in Public Policy at George Washington University and ADEN. Prior to his legislative career, he served as a Technology Manager for Human Resources at Nestlé for Central America and Ecuador, and held positions at Pan-American Life Insurance Group, Copa Airlines, and Cable & Wireless Panama.
