Luis Ortiz Lugo

Luis Ortiz Lugo is a Puerto Rican politician affiliated with the Popular Democratic Party. He graduated from Rafael López Landrón and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Management from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, Metropolitan Campus. Prior to his election to the legislature, he worked for 23 years in various positions at the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewerage Authority, eventually serving as a Network Administration Services Officer. Elected in 2012 to represent District 30 in the Puerto Rico House of Representatives, he has also served as chairman of the Emergency Preparedness, Reconstruction and Reorganization Commission and the Southeast Region Commission.
