An associate professor at the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Zagreb, he has focused his political career on urban planning, social housing, and earthquake recovery efforts. A member of the political party We Can!, he was elected to the Zagreb Assembly and briefly held a seat in the Croatian Parliament in 2024 before substituting his mandate to focus on his executive duties in the city government.
