Magdalena Sroka is a Polish politician and former police officer serving as a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. Before entering politics, she had a distinguished career with the Provincial Police Headquarters in Gdańsk, where she reached the rank of police commissioner and specialized in security and event protection. Elected to the Sejm in 2019, she previously led the Porozumienie party before joining the Polish People's Party. She currently serves as the chair of the parliamentary investigative committee regarding the use of Pegasus spyware and acts as a spokesperson for the PSL-TD parliamentary club.
