Mahougnon Kakpo

Mahougnon Kakpo is a Beninese politician, writer, and academic born in 1965 in Bopa. He served as the Minister of Secondary Education, Technical and Vocational Training from 2017 to 2021 before being elected as a member of the National Assembly of Benin. In addition to his political career, he is a university professor, literary scholar, and author of numerous scientific and literary publications.
