Mahua Maji

Mahua Maji is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament of India, representing the state of Jharkhand. Affiliated with the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, she was elected unopposed to the Upper House in June 2022. In addition to her parliamentary duties, she has served as the chairperson of the Women's Commission. Her political career is marked by her advocacy for regional interests and her active involvement in the legislative processes of the Indian government.
