Mai Thi Phuong Hoa is a Vietnamese politician currently serving as a Deputy to the National Assembly of Vietnam and as the Deputy Chair of the National Assembly's Committee on Judicial Affairs. Born in 1971 in Nam Dinh, she holds a Master of Laws degree from Australia and has been a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam since 1999. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles within the National Assembly Office, including serving as the head of the Delegate Affairs Department. She is also active in international parliamentary diplomacy, chairing friendship groups with Argentina and Peru. In her legislative work, she has advocated for economic reforms, including support for the development of special administrative-economic zones to enhance national competitiveness.
