Maida Gorčević

Maida Gorčević is a Montenegrin politician serving as the Minister of European Affairs since 2023. Educated in law at the University of Montenegro with a focus on civil law, she previously worked at the publishing house Nova knjiga and served as an advisor for minority and human rights issues to Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić. Elected to the Parliament of Montenegro in 2023 representing the pro-European Europe Now! movement, she assumed her current cabinet post in the coalition government led by Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, with her stated primary objective being Montenegro's accession to the European Union.
