Maisa Sagarbarria

Maisa Sagarbarria is a Filipino politician serving as the representative for Negros Oriental's 2nd congressional district in the Philippine House of Representatives since 2025. Prior to her election to the House, she served as the vice mayor of Dumaguete from 2022 to 2025 and as a barangay captain in the city. In the House of Representatives, she has contributed as vice chair of the Committee on Appropriations and has advanced key legislative measures focusing on education, national cybersecurity, and cooperative development.
