Maja Nowak is a Polish politician, educator, and social activist serving as a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland for the 10th term. Since December 2025, she has also held the positions of Secretary of State in the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy and Government Plenipotentiary for Disabled Persons. Before entering national politics, she worked as a translator and guide for deaf-blind individuals and led the Foundation for the Development of Local Activity FALA. A member of the Poland 2050 party, she focuses on social policy, local community development, and disability advocacy.
