Majlinda Dhuka

Majlinda Dhuka is an Albanian politician, lawyer, and academic who has served as the Minister of State and Chief Negotiator of Albania since July 2022, leading the country's accession process to the European Union. Before her current appointment, she held various leadership roles in the public sector, including serving as Deputy Secretary General within the Council of Ministers and working for the Municipality of Tirana. Dhuka is also an experienced lecturer, having taught at the School of Magistrates and the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana. She holds a Master's degree in European Studies and has completed advanced studies in international relations and public law at institutions including the University of Athens and the Harvard Kennedy School.
