Mantar Gowda

Mantar Gowda is an Indian politician and medical professional serving as a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly representing the Madikeri constituency. He won his seat in the 2023 Karnataka Legislative Assembly election as a candidate for the Indian National Congress, defeating the incumbent BJP candidate. Prior to his legislative success, he worked in the medical field as a radiologist and unsuccessfully contested the legislative council election in 2021. He is the son of politician A. Manju.
