Manuel Cheng

Manuel Cheng is a Panamanian politician and civil engineer currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Panama for Circuit 13-1 in Panamá Oeste. A graduate of the Technological University of Panama (UTP), he holds a Master's degree in Numerical Methods from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Prior to his legislative career, Cheng worked as a civil engineer at the Technological University of Panama and the Panama Canal Authority. He is affiliated with the Coalición Vamos movement and serves on the Committee on Public Infrastructure and Canal Affairs.
