Marc Zimmermann

Marc Zimmermann is a German politician representing Alliance 90/The Greens. Since 2022, he has served as a member of the Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia, having been elected via the state party list. Before his legislative career, he worked as a trained plasterer and as a self-employed wilderness educator. Zimmermann is also a city council member in Wiehl and serves as a spokesperson for the Green Party's district association in Oberberg. His political priorities include improving public transport in rural areas, promoting sustainable practices in the skilled crafts sector, and integrating environmental education into the school curriculum.
