Marcos Perestrello

Marcos Perestrello is a Portuguese politician currently serving as a Vice-President of the Assembly of the Republic and as a member of the Portuguese Parliament. A law graduate from the University of Lisbon, he has held several significant government roles, including Secretary of State for National Defense and Maritime Affairs. Throughout his career, he has been a prominent figure within the Socialist Party, having served as a city councillor and deputy mayor of Lisbon, as well as holding various leadership positions within the party's parliamentary group and national secretariat.
