Marie Rose Dibong Biyong is a Cameroonian politician, computer scientist, and author. Born in Libamba, she holds a master's degree in Computer Science and Business Management from the University of Paris Dauphine. She began her career in the public sector in 1978, eventually serving as Deputy General Manager of the Crédit Foncier du Cameroun. Since 2019, she has served as the Secretary of State to the Minister of Housing and Urban Development. She is also a member of the National Union for Democracy and Progress (UNDP) and serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Shelter Afrique.
