Mariella Mularoni was a Sammarinese politician who served as Captain Regent of San Marino alongside Luca Boschi from October 2019 to April 2020, and as Secretary of Health. Born in the City of San Marino, she worked as an English language teacher before entering politics and joining the Sammarinese Christian Democratic Party in 1994. She served as a member of the Grand and General Council beginning in 2013 and later represented San Marino in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe from 2020 to 2024.
