Martín Menem

Martín Menem is an Argentine lawyer, businessman, and politician serving as a national deputy for La Rioja and as the president of the Chamber of Deputies. Born into a prominent political family with Syrian descent, he earned his law degree from the Universidad de Belgrano and founded a dietary supplement company before entering politics. Aligning with Javier Milei's La Libertad Avanza coalition, he was elected as a provincial deputy in 2021 and subsequently won a seat in the national Chamber of Deputies in the 2023 legislative elections, after which he was chosen to preside over the chamber.
